The electrically insulating and thermally conductive material is designed to solve overheating problems for today's power component assemblies. Most products are film-based and designed to resist cutting-through in screw mounting applications. Our products provide a more consistent breakdown voltage over other insulation constructions.
The soft conformal coating on the film provides an excellent mating surface for low pressure clip mounting. Our insulator products are available with a diverse range of thermal performance to suit any application. These materials can be die-cut into any standard or customized shape.
