What we do beyond making the part: development, testing and system design.
Material science, electromagnetic theory and signal integrity, under one R&D team.
Electrical, mechanical, environmental, thermal and analytical testing in house.
Physical testing of mechanical, electrical and thermal properties under compression.
The bench list: instruments, measurable items and their ranges.
Reflection loss, insertion loss, permittivity and permeability, measured and modelled.
Thermal path design from die to ambient, with the simulation input to match.
On-site analysis, laboratory access and EMC/thermal design training for your team.
