Worker spraying a polyurea waterproofing membrane across a flat concrete roof

About Coatings & Sealants

Spray-applied protective coatings that cure in place to form a seamless, bonded membrane over concrete, steel and composite substrates.

Where a thermal interface material moves heat across a joint and a shielding gasket closes an aperture, a protective coating does a third job: it keeps water, chlorides, chemicals and abrasion away from the substrate underneath. Polyurea is the chemistry we build on — it gels in seconds, cures at ambient temperature, and forms a continuous skin with no seams for water to track along.

  • Waterproofing and anti-corrosion membranes
  • Wear-resistant linings for industrial flooring
  • Marine and splash-zone protection
  • Potable-water-contact coatings
  • Secondary containment and tank linings

Applied by plural-component spray equipment, typically in a single pass to the specified thickness. Because cure is fast and largely insensitive to ambient temperature and humidity, the coating can be returned to service in minutes rather than days.
