About the model
Aeroflex GC800 Series is a high-performance cost-effective thermal interface material. It's made of thermally conductive copper foil coated with graphite. The graphite coating allows it to conform exactly to surfaces, thus maximizing heat transfer. Compared to common graphite film, the Aeroflex GC800 Series provides excellent thermal performance in all X-Y-Z directions. They can bend and make an orientable heat transfer. The Aeroflex GC800 Series also would not give off powder compared to graphite film, which would cause electric issue. The Aeroflex-GC800 Series can be coated with plastic, pressure-sensitive adhesive and other material combinations for additional design features and needs.
