Brief Introduction
Lianxin's graphite interface materials combine high thermal conductivity with very low thermal contact resistance. The graphite structure's thermal conductivity in the in-plane direction (the X-Y direction) and through direction (Z direction) is anisotropic. These interface materials are ideal for heat dissipation away from hot spots.Due to its high resistance to heat, graphite materials can also be used in applications at temperatures beyond 200°C.
